Orion Gear exists because in 2019, on a Sunday morning outside Petrópolis, a pannier gave up on us. We drove home wondering why premium adventure luggage had to come from Europe. Now it doesn't.

Founded in São Paulo in 2019. Design and prototyping in Vila Madalena, cut-and-sew partnership in Novo Hamburgo, hardware machined in Caxias do Sul. Fully Brazilian supply chain, world-class standards.
